Team Building with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® team build workshop will help you become a team or strengthen the team you already have.
These workshops help you all talk in a way that is true, respectful and revealing in non-confrontational ways.
As participants learn how to use three modes of ‘enhanced communication’ (visual, auditory and kinaesthetic) that LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® enables, people feel heard as others listen more deeply and remember better.
You’ll develop a shared identity and practical vision for the team you want and acknowledge the strengths individuals you have.
Teams find it useful to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to identify and discuss the positive behaviours that help you work-together and the negative behaviours that stop you being a team.
Typically these workshops conclude by helping participants commit to actions and reflect on the learning from working-together in the workshop.
The case studies below illustrate this approach in action.
