About ProMeet

Facilitation is a craft. We have practised it since 2000.

ProMeet was founded by Sean Blair to make meetings more effective and more human. Today it is the facilitation practice of Serious Outcomes, led by Sean in Singapore and Liam Isaac in the UK.

Who you will work with

Senior practitioners who lead the work themselves

Every assignment is designed and led by Sean or Liam, often both. Sean leads our work in Singapore and Asia; Liam leads it in the UK and Europe. Associates from our international network join when the work needs them.

Why ProMeet exists

An unusual evangelist, for meetings

Sean's underlying belief is that people do great work when they come together, yet when that coming together takes the form of a meeting it often goes wrong. ProMeet set out to design a simple system that would make meetings more effective and more productive.

The system worked. Clients such as Thames Valley Housing and DENSO went on to use ProMeet tools in their own meetings, and the UK government evaluated it with strong results. Along the way, Sean added LEGO® Serious Play®, Open Space, dialogue and systems thinking to the toolkit.

"Sean is an unusual evangelist. An evangelist about meetings. I thought this was just too weird until I saw him in action. He's awesome."
