Privacy and cookies

Who we are

This website is run by Serious Outcomes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 11115058), and Serious Outcomes Asia Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore (UEN 202553890W). ProMeet is their meeting and workshop facilitation practice. Together we are "we" in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at Sean@ProMeet.co.uk.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, work email, organisation, location if you give it, and your message when you use our contact form.
• WhatsApp messages: your name, number and messages if you contact us on WhatsApp. We may copy the details of an enquiry into our customer relationship system.
• Calls you book: the details you enter in our booking calendar (Google Calendar).
• Site statistics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and how you arrived. We do not use it to identify you.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare and deliver what you asked for, to manage our relationship with you, and to understand which pages help visitors. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and your consent for analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Pipedrive (our customer relationship system, where enquiries are stored), Meta (WhatsApp, if you message us there) and Google (calendar, email and, if you accept, website analytics). Some of them process data outside the UK or Singapore, under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and contact records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship and for up to three years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

The site works without cookies. We use Google Analytics cookies only if you choose Accept on the banner. They help us see which pages are useful, and are kept for up to 14 months. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent at any time, and object to how we use it. Email Sean@ProMeet.co.uk. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
