A board meeting at work: objectives on the left, every contribution captured on the wallchart behind.

Meeting facilitation · Singapore, Asia and Europe

Meetings that decide, plan and commit

You have a meeting with about ten people. It matters, and it needs to move things on. We make it decisive, focused and worth everyone's time.

A board meeting at work: objectives on the left, every contribution captured on the wallchart behind.

What we facilitate

For the meetings that matter most

Boards, executive teams and project groups bring us in when progress has stalled, views differ, or the leader wants to take part rather than chair.

  • Board and executive strategy meetingsBoards and executives working together on ambition, direction and the choices ahead.
  • Leadership and management team meetingsRegular meetings that are productive and enjoyable, and a team that keeps them that way.
  • Planning meetingsQuarterly, annual and business planning that ends with who does what, by when.
  • Project meetings, including hybridProject kick-offs and reviews with colleagues in the room and on video.
  • Team effectiveness and cultureBuilding trust, respect and support where it shows up: in the team's own meetings.
  • Onboarding a new board or teamTurning people who have never met into a cohesive group within hours.

What you get

Before, during and after your meeting

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what you need to happen because of the session. Then we design backwards from there, using the ProMeet method.

  1. Before
    • A call with the chair or sponsor to agree the outcome you need
    • Agenda items turned into objectives with active verbs
    • A process designed for your group and the time available
  2. On the day
    • Neutral facilitation, so the chair can take part
    • Every view captured on gridcards, visible to all
    • Decisions tested with Scales of Agreement before they are made
  3. After
    • Photographed outputs and actions shared within days
    • A clear record of who does what, by when
    • Optional coaching so your team can run meetings this way

He understands the culture of boards and works with chairs creatively and sensitively while keeping attention on strategic priorities.

Business, strategy and project planning are among the most common assignments we facilitate. Clients like the orderly, visual approach, and participants say they feel heard.

Questions

Common questions

Short, direct answers about how we work.

What size of group is a 'meeting'?

Typically six to fifteen people. Boards, executive teams, management teams and project groups. For larger groups, see workshop facilitation.

Can you facilitate our regular management meetings?

Yes, and we can teach your team to run them. Many clients start with one facilitated meeting, then adopt ProMeet tools and principles for every meeting.

Do you facilitate board meetings and board-executive sessions?

Yes. Sean has served on five boards. We often work with a chair and chief executive to design sessions where board and executive think together on strategy. See board away days.

Can you run the meeting in Singapore or elsewhere in Asia?

Yes. Sean Blair leads our work in Singapore and Asia, and Liam Isaac leads it in the UK and Europe. We facilitate in person in both regions, or online.

You don't want a meeting. You want an outcome.

Tell us what you need to achieve. We will help you design the time together to get there, and reply within two working days.
