The brief and what we did

Europe's leading society in clinical microbiology brought its executive board and executive office together, for the first time in this way, to shape the future of an 11,000-person annual congress.

Results

  • Agreement on the outcomes the congress must create
  • A refined vision and its consequences
  • An action plan and timetable after reviewing two growth scenarios

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Read more about meeting facilitation.
