The brief and what we did

A marketing team gave each other feedback on leadership strengths, built a shared 12-month vision and identified the behaviours that would help or hinder it.

Results

  • Peer feedback on leadership strengths
  • A shared vision, recorded as a told story
  • Positive and negative behaviours, in models

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Read more about meeting facilitation.

FutureLearn: Team vision and behaviours
Even the tiniest detail has been carefully thought through. We had fun and came out of the day with important learning.
