The brief and what we did

A trial management meeting showed the difference. ProMeet then trained 35 senior leaders to run ProMeetings and fitted out the main meeting rooms with ProMeet tools.

Results

  • Organisation-wide adoption of ProMeet
  • 35 senior leaders trained
  • Meeting rooms equipped with ProMeet tools

Two years later

In 2012 we trained Thames Valley Housing's leadership team to run more effective meetings with ProMeet ideas and tools. Two years on, Corporate Services Director Jayne Hilditch said: "Our best meetings are ones that stick to Pro-Meet principles and use the Pro-Meet tools." One of the team's own ideas became the MOMO card.

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Read more about meeting facilitation.

Ideas behind this work

Thames Valley Housing: Management meetings people want to attend
Pro-Meet has stood the test of time. Our best meetings are ones that stick to Pro-Meet principles and use the Pro-Meet tools. Highly recommended. And that's from someone who started out as sceptic!
Jayne Hilditch, Corporate Services Director
