The brief and what we did

In its third year, the founders of an award-winning digital agency asked the whole team to create the company manifesto. It ended as five simple guiding principles.

Results

  • Five simple guiding principles
  • Agreed values and positive behaviours
  • Principles now part of the staff induction manual

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Read more about workshop and awayday facilitation.

Ideas behind this work

Manifesto: A manifesto for Manifesto
In a short space of time he was able to gain the trust of our team and arm them with the skills needed to consider, articulate and select what we're striving to be.
