The brief and what we did

DENSO's annual European leadership conference reviewed a three-year policy from Japan, named the biggest implementation challenges and planned projects to meet them.

Results

  • 18 proposals and 9 project plans
  • Better innovation, communication and collaboration
  • Leaders took ProMeet tools back to their countries

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Read more about conference facilitation.

DENSO International Europe: European and Japanese leaders, leading together
The European and Japanese leaders liked your facilitation style, inviting inquiry, without setting the expectation of a right / wrong answer.
