The brief and what we did

For a UK-government-funded programme on forest governance, a staged process defined the strategic objectives and framework of a knowledge management system, ending in a two-day co-design workshop. Paper frameworks, storytelling and 3D-printed counters replaced LEGO bricks, to suit the client.

Results

  • Strategic objectives for the knowledge system defined with the team
  • The framework co-designed on paper, so every member could shape it
  • Country teams shared, through stories, how they work with embassies

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome.
