The brief and what we did

Key players in the UK hydrogen and fuel cell sector created a ten-year roadmap and intervention plan, captured live as a strategic illustration.

Results

  • A shared ten-year roadmap for the sector
  • A strategic illustration of the vision and plan
  • A sector working more closely together

Seeing the plan

Gridcards captured every contribution, and an illustrator drew the roadmap live through the day. Read how the workshop worked in What is strategic illustration?

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Ideas behind this work

Innovate UK: A ten-year roadmap for a whole sector
His focus on enabling change rather than 'just' facilitating a workshop is really refreshing, and the ProMeet tools he has developed both help to ensure clarity, and to ensure that the outputs of an event are professionally captured and disseminated.
