The brief and what we did

Liam has run workshops for Teach First's Headship Next programme, imagining the future of participants' schools and the interventions that tip culture in the right direction, and works with its Innovation Network of emerging social entrepreneurs, using systems thinking to map the problems they want to solve.

Results

  • Future-state visions for participants' schools
  • Root causes mapped before solutions are proposed
  • Ideas stress-tested in critical pairs

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome.
