The brief and what we did

A global congress that used the city as a workshop and opened each day with the delegates singing and recording an anthem together.

Results

  • Six idea banks created during the congress
  • 90% of participants left with new ideas and inspiration

How the singing worked

Conductor Tom Currie and composer Howie Saunders led short singing sessions on each day and recorded the delegates for the congress anthem. Read how to use song and music as an energiser at a congress.

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Read more about conference facilitation.
