The brief and what we did

One of five Regional Internet Registries explored ambition, direction and future scenarios with its executive team, then took the thinking into a board meeting that agreed strategic priorities.

Results

  • Shared mental models of ambition and direction
  • Scenarios played in real time
  • Strategic priorities agreed by the board

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome.
