The brief and what we did

European chapter leaders exchanged best practice, built scenarios for the future of chapters and planned the year, using LEGO® Serious Play® and Open Space.

Results

  • Four scenarios and videos on the future of chapters
  • 13 Open Space session reports
  • Individual action plans and learning insights

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome.
