The brief and what we did

On the last day of the Next Generation Rail conference, early-career researchers reflected on their learning and built visions of the future railway.

Results

  • 150 individual models of personal learning
  • 36 shared models of the future railway

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome. Read more about conference facilitation.
