The brief and what we did

The London ExportJam: small and medium-sized business owners shared their experience of export support, then prototyped the services they wanted.

Results

  • 35 detailed ideation maps
  • 120 insights on demand and on current services
  • 10 roadmaps of future service landscapes, recorded on film

Serious LEGO movies

Groups told the stories of their models to a webcam projected live to the room, making ten short films that captured the ideas better than any written summary. More LEGO® Serious Play® variations.

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome.
