The brief and what we did

Senior managers and student representatives mapped the whole student journey in 23 stages, generated ideas in Open Space and wrote outline business cases for the strongest.

Results

  • The student journey mapped in 23 stages
  • Six outline service blueprints
  • The University went on to open a Student Hub

How we work

Every assignment starts with a conversation about what needs to happen because of the session. We agree the outcome, turn it into clear objectives, then design the process backwards from there, using the ProMeet method and whichever tools serve the outcome.
